IBH completed a technical and financial evaluation of different municipal waste treatment schemes as alternative solutions to an incineration plant for the Namur Province. IBH services included preliminary design of sorting, composting and RDF combustion plants, environmental impact assessment of considered solutions and legal aspects of new scheme implementation.
