Municipal waste collection, Liège Province

IBH provided tender procedure for the municipal waste collection in the Province of Liege (1,000,000 inhabitants) with particular focus on separate collection of residual municipal waste and organic waste, development of integrated collection services for 10 group of communes.

Services provided by IBH included preparation of tender specifications for the waste collection, the delivery of specific collection containers and for implementation of an electronic system of quantities recording. Tender analysis.
